Clean Dial's property is a boolean (checkbox) field that automatically flags numbers belonging to temporary, "burner," or disposable phone services. These numbers are often used for spam, fraud, or low-intent signups. Identifying them allows you to protect your sales pipeline and focus on high-quality leads.
When contacts pass through a Clean Dial workflow action or bulk HLR lookup process, the system automatically:
Analyzes the number's carrier and line type data
Checks against known databases of disposable number providers
Sets the phone_is_disposable property to true or false
The number is confirmed to be from a disposable/temporary service.
The number is from a standard permanent carrier (or status is unknown).
- Block or flag signups using disposable numbers to prevent trial abuse and bot accounts.
- Downgrade the lead score of contacts using burner numbers, as they typically show lower intent.
- Filter disposable numbers out of high-priority call queues to save SDR time.
- Boolean (Checkbox)
