Daeda Essentials is a collection of HubSpot workflow actions that fill in the gaps between what HubSpot ships natively and what real automation work needs.
The actions cover throttling (rate-limit workflow execution per record or across many workflows with a shared queue), approval blocks (pause a workflow until a human approves it via a web link), dropdown helpers (programmatically select or unselect dropdown values), bulk associations, OpenRouter API calls, and meeting / out-of-office pauses.
Each action is built natively as a HubSpot workflow extension — drop it into any workflow, configure the inputs, and the rest of your workflow continues using its output.
