Clean Dial's Formatted Phone Number properties save formatted phone numbers directly to your HubSpot contact records. These properties are automatically populated during HLR Lookups and formatting workflow actions.
Instead of just displaying formatted numbers temporarily, the system creates persistent, standardized phone number properties that your team can use for campaigns, integrations, and reporting.

How It Works

When a contact is processed (via HLR Lookup or Formatting Workflow):
    Original number preserved - Your existing Phone Number property remains unchanged.
    Format applied - The number is parsed and formatted into multiple standard styles.
    Properties populated - The following properties are automatically updated on the contact record.

Standard Format (E.164)

International Format

Digits Only

Setting Up Formatting Workflows

Creating a Formatting Action
    Navigate to Workflows in your HubSpot account
    Create a new workflow or edit an existing one
    Add a Clean Dial formatting action
    Select your desired format style from the dropdown
    Configure enrollment criteria (new contacts, specific lists, etc.)
