Setup Guide
This guide walks you through installing Daeda AI from the HubSpot Marketplace and getting started with AI-powered workflows.
Prerequisites
- A HubSpot account with admin access
- Access to HubSpot Workflows
Step 1: Find the App in the Marketplace
Step 2: Click Install
Click the orange Install button on the listing page.
Step 3: Review Permissions
A modal will appear showing the permissions required by the app:
- Manage and view your account settings
- Workflows
- Basic HubSpot account information
Review the permissions and click Connect app to authorize.
Step 4: Installation Complete
You'll see a confirmation that Daeda AI has been installed successfully. You can now access the app in your HubSpot account.
What's Next?
After installation, you'll have access to:
Ask AI Workflow Action - Add AI-powered decision making to your workflows
AutoFill (optional) - Automatically extract data from emails to update CRM properties
Using the Ask AI Action
Go to Automation > Workflows in HubSpot
Create or edit a workflow
Add a new action and search for "Ask AI"
Configure your AI prompt, model, and output type
Enabling AutoFill
AutoFill requires additional email permissions. To enable:
Go to Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps in HubSpot
Find Daeda AI and click on it
In the AutoFill section, click Enable AutoFill
Grant permission to read sales emails

Credits are consumed based on the AI model used and the complexity of requests. You can view your credit balance in the app settings.
