Clean Dial's HLR Query Timestamp Tracking automatically records when each contact's phone number goes through an HLR lookup in your HubSpot workflows. This feature creates a complete audit trail of your data quality efforts and helps you monitor the freshness of your checked phone numbers.

How It Works

When contacts pass through a Clean Dial HLR Lookup workflow action, the system automatically:
    Checks the phone number using Clean Dial's HLR lookup
    Creates a timestamp of the lookup event
    Saves this timestamp to a custom property called Last HLR Query on the contact record
This happens seamlessly in the background - no additional setup required in your workflows.

Setting Up the Custom Property

To view HLR lookup timestamps on your contact records:
    Navigate to CRM > Contacts
    Select any contact record
    Go to Key Information section
    Click Actions > Customize Properties
    Search for "Last HLR Query" under the Clean Dial section
    Add the property to display on contact records
